It is mainly used for cleaning, spraying, spraying, boosting, pumping and so on. However, high pressure pumps have their own requirements when starting and stopping pumps.

I. Start-up of High Pressure Water Pumps

Before starting the high-pressure water pump, the lubricating oil cooling system and instrument system should be checked systematically, and the three valves should be checked whether they are in the state of reflux, and then the car should be turned on again; then, the exhaust valve of the outlet pipe of the pump should be opened, the condition of the irrigation pump should be checked, and the exhaust valve should be closed after checking, and then the exhaust valve should be closed again. Secondly, check the flow of cooling water and lubricating oil to ensure the normal operation and operation of high-pressure water pump; send out the signal to start the pump, when the signal is allowed to start the pump, you can start the button.

Next, to do is to the motor current (not greater than the rated current), pump outlet pressure (< 32MPa), pump radial bearing pad temperature (< 70 C), pump thrust bearing pad temperature (< 80 C), gear box bearing pad temperature (< 100 C), motor bearing pad temperature (< 80 C), lubricating oil temperature difference before and after each injection point (< 20 C). Check to ensure that these values remain within the normal range. In addition, we should check the temperature rise of motor, pump body, the pressure of pump population, the vibration of motor and pump, and observe whether there is leakage of two-way sealing flushing water and mechanical seal; we should also check the oil quantity, oil quality and pressure of lubricating oil regularly; pay attention to the operation of operating pan and current changes. In addition, it should also be noted that in the intermediate operation steps, the action of the three valves is consistent with the instrument display lamp on the main control panel.

II. Shutdown of High Pressure Water Pumps

When receiving the stop signal, we can prepare for the stop of the pump. Firstly, we should set the de-coke control valve to the reflux position. When the three valve reflux display lights on the main disc, we can press the stop button. When the high-pressure water pump stops running, we can stop the lubricating oil system and remove the lubrication when the bearing temperature is close to room temperature. Oil main pipe pressure low self-starting pump interlock; Next, the auxiliary oil pump site switch from automatic to manual state, stop the main oil pump, the lubricant cooler inlet and outlet valves closed, stop the cooling water system; turn off the main power switch, pump stop operation, immediately after 3-6 cycles of turning around, the pump and surrounding clean up. Clean. Prepare for the next pumping. In addition, it should be noted that if the Stop-pump button fails, contact the top driller, press the emergency Stop-pump button to stop the pump, close the sealed flushing water, notify the outside operation, stop the coke-cutting water lifting pump, and put the remaining water in the coke-cutting water tank clean; in winter, the temperature is very low, after stopping the pump, the inlet water line and The water in the pump is exhausted and dried with non-purified air to prevent icing and affect the normal operation of the next operation.
