2. Make a chute according to the outlet of the mixer and the hopper of the wear-resistant pump pipe machine, so that the material discharged from the mixer can enter the hopper of the pump through the chute.
3. The chute is usually made of angle steel and welded with 1.5mm thick steel plate. The bottom of the chute is supported to make it firm.
4. Under normal circumstances, the hopper of wear-resistant pump pipe machine needs to be increased by about 20 cm, so as to increase the hopper volume, so as to ensure that concrete does not flow out. Because the forced mixer and unloader should be unloaded at one time, so the concrete specific force flowing into the hopper is symmetrical. If discharged by stages, the final concrete stone is too much, which is bad for pumping, especially when the slump of concrete is large, more attention should be paid to increasing the hopper of the pump. If it is a large volume mixer, a hopper can be made in advance to ensure continuous feeding.
5. In the placement of chute, it is required that the slope should be appropriate, the inclination angle should be between 25 and 40 and the drop should not be too large.
6. When the chute is connected with the hopper of the pump, the chute and the hopper should have some space for cleaning the hopper and the sieve.
7. Installation in place, throughout the whole, to ensure that the conveying wear-resistant pump pipe cover door switch is free, easy to maintain and operate.
