Purpose:
1. IHG vertical single-stage single-suction chemical pump is used for transportation of liquid without solid particles, which is corrosive and has a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals sectors, and the use temperature is - 20 ~105%.
2. ISG vertical pipeline pump is used for transporting fresh water and other liquids with similar physical properties. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire fighting pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. Use temperature T < 80 C.
3. IRG (GRG) vertical hot water (high temperature) hot water circulating pump is suitable for boilers such as energy, metallurgy, wood processing, chemical industry, textile, paper-making and hotels, bathroom, hotel, etc., hot water pressurized circulating pump and city heating system circulating pump. IRG medium temperature is not more than 120 C, GRG medium temperature is not more than 240. C.
4. IHGB stainless steel explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for conveying inflammable and explosive chemical liquids.
5. YG vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil. The temperature of the medium being transported is -20 ~120 ~C.
6. ISGD, IRGD, GRGD, IHGD, YGD and IHGBD vertical low speed centrifugal pumps are suitable for low ambient sound requirements and air conditioning cycle.
Working conditions:
1. Inhalation pressure is less than 1.6 MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is less than 1.6 MPa, i.e. the suction inlet pressure + pump head is less than 1.6 MPa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5 MPa.
2. The ambient temperature and relative humidity of IHG vertical single-stage single-suction chemical pump are less than 40 C and 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveying medium is not more than 0.1% of the unit volume and the particle size is less than 0.2 mm.
