PLAN11 outlet self-flushing
Medium is flushed from the outlet of the pump through the pipeline into the mechanical seal.
Application:
1. Clean medium (medium itself must be clean)
2. Medium temperature is not higher than 110 C
3. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the pump should not be greater than 10Bar.
Throttle valves are required if the valve is larger than 10Bar.
PLAN13 Self-flushing Inlet
Medium from the entrance through pipeline into the seal to achieve liquid circulation
Application:
1. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the pump is greater than 10Bar.
2. cleaning medium
3. Medium temperature is not higher than 110 C
PLAN21 outlet cooling self-flushing
The medium is cooled by the outlet of the pump through the cooler and then enters the mechanical seal to realize the cooling of the seal.
Application:
1. Medium temperature higher than 110 C

PLAN52 Unpressurized Cooling Method
The barrier fluid with pressure less than process fluid pressure but not less than atmospheric pressure is injected into the sealing chamber. Because the pressure of the separating fluid is less than that of the process fluid, a small amount of the process fluid leaks into the barrier fluid, and the blocked fluid leaks out of the sealing chamber to be treated in the sealing system or the venting system, thus avoiding the direct discharge of the process fluid to the atmosphere and environmental pollution.
Technical requirements:
1. Low pressure barrier fluid prevents leakage, but the barrier hydraulic pressure must not be less than O.7kg/cm.
2. The barrier fluid must be clean, lubricated and compatible with the medium.
3. The flow direction of the barrier fluid should be the same as that of the axis.

PLAN53 pressurized cooling mode
The barrier fluid with pressure greater than process fluid and atmospheric pressure is injected into the sealing chamber. Because the barrier fluid pressure is greater than process fluid pressure, the leakage of process fluid to barrier fluid is prevented, thus the pollution of process flow to atmosphere and environment is effectively prevented.
Technical requirements:
1. The pressure of the barrier fluid is at least 1-2 kg/cm higher than that of the sealing chamber. 2. The barrier fluid must be clean, lubricated and compatible with the medium.
3. The flow direction of the barrier fluid should be the same as that of the axis.

Pressure Cooling Mode of PLAN54
Pressure pump is used to pressurize the barrier fluid, and the pressure is 1-2 kg/cm higher than that of the process fluid.
