Standard for Type Vertical Stainless Steel Explosion-proof Centrifugal PumpThe vertical stainless steel explosion-proof centrifugal pump adopts the performance parameters of IS single-stage single-suction explosion-proof centrifugal pump. It is ingeniously combined and designed on the basis of general vertical pump. At the same time, it derives suitable hot water, high temperature corrosion-resistant chemical pump and oil pump on the basis of ALG type according to the different use temperature and medium. This series of products have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and reliable performance. It meets the latest JB/T53058-93 standard of the Ministry of Machinery. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard.


I. Main uses of explosion-proof centrifugal pumps
1. ISG vertical explosion-proof centrifugal pump is used for transporting fresh water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire fighting pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water cycle pressurization and equipment matching, using temperature T. < 80 degrees Celsius.
2. IRG vertical hot water explosion-proof centrifugal pump is suitable for high temperature hot water pressurized circulating transportation of boilers in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, hotels, bathrooms and hotels, as well as heating circulating pumps for urban housing, using temperatures below 120 C.
3. GRG type vertical high temperature explosion-proof centrifugal pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper making, high temperature hot water pressurized circulating transportation of boilers such as hotels, bathrooms, hotels, and heating circulating pumps for urban housing, using temperatures below 240 C.
4. IHGB vertical stainless steel explosion-proof centrifugal pump is used for transportation of liquid without solid particles, which has corrosiveness and similar viscosity to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, paper making, food pharmacy and synthetic fibers, etc. The service temperature is - 20 ~120 C.
YG pipeline oil pump is used for transporting petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil. The temperature of the transported medium is -20 ~120 C.
6. IHGB vertical stainless steel explosion-proof centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting flammable chemical liquids.
7. ISGD, IRGD, GRGD, IHGH, YGD, IHGBD vertical low-speed centrifugal pumps are suitable for low environmental noise requirements and air conditioning cycle.
2. Characteristics of Explosion-proof Centrifugal Pump
1. Explosion-proof centrifugal pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet caliber and located on the same central line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has compact and beautiful shape, small floor area and low construction investment. If it is added with protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the long axis of the motor, with short axial dimension, compact structure and reasonable bearing configuration. It can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump, low vibration and low noise.
3. Shaft seals adopt mechanical seals or combination of mechanical seals, imported titanium alloy seals, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals and cemented carbide materials. Wear-resistant seals can effectively prolong the service life of mechanical seals.
4. Explosion-proof centrifugal pump is easy to install and repair, without removing the pipeline system, as long as the nut of pump joint seat is removed, all the rotor components can be extracted.
5. Series and parallel operation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of operation, i.e. flow rate and head.
6. Explosion-proof centrifugal pumps can be installed vertically and horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
III. Working Conditions of Explosion-proof Centrifugal Pumps
1. Inhalation pressure is less than 1.0 MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is less than 1.6 MPa, i.e. suction pressure + pump head is less than 1.6 MPa, and pump static pressure test pressure is less than 2.5 MPa.
2. The ambient temperature and relative humidity of explosion-proof centrifugal pump are less than 40 C and 40%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveying medium is not more than 0.1 per unit volume and the particle size is less than 0.2 mm.
