3) The joint of concrete delivery pipe should be tightly sealed and the pipe clamp should be firmly connected. Before the vertical pipe, the horizontal pipe with check valve should be no less than 10m. It is strictly forbidden to connect the vertical pipe directly to the output port of the concrete pump.
4) When dredging blocked pipelines, evacuate the people around them. Before cleaning the dismantled pipeline, the back-pumping method should be adopted to remove the pressure of the pipeline. It is strictly forbidden for the nozzle to be human when disassembling.
5) The hopper grille and other safety devices shall not be removed during operation. It is forbidden to climb and ride the pressure pipeline, to put hands into the valve body to work, and to dismantle the pipeline when pumping.
6) When cleaning the pipe, the operator should leave the pipe outlet and elbow joint. If the pipeline is cleaned with compressed air, no person or equipment shall be allowed at the outlet of the pipeline within 10m.
